DESCRIPTION:From 3:00 PM on Sunday to 11:00 AM on Fridays\, these inclusive getaways for youth with disability and chronic illness are created for individuals ages 13-24. Building Lifestyles for Ongoing Opportunities & Movement (BLOOM Transition Program) focuses on transition skills\, including social skills\, communication skills\, and peer interaction through sports\, recreation\, nutrition\, and leadership activities. The program is designed to develop self-determination\, empowerment\, and overall health in participants. Each overnight summer camp costs $1\,500.
