DESCRIPTION:Sundays\, September 13th - October 18th.  Brought to you by the Michael Mackie Project\, the Baierl Family YMCA and Fitness 4 Focus\, this 6-week inclusive and adaptive flag football program is designed for athletes with special needs ages 10–16 who enjoy sports and are motivated to participate in group activities. Participating athletes should be able to follow basic verbal instructions\, work independently within a structured setting\, and engage in football-based drills and games.
